Welcome Magnus!

[Who is Magnus]
I am a 39 year old IT nerd, living in Skövde with my girlfriend and 2 daughters 11 and 13. 
Moved to Skövde back in 2006 from Kungsbacka where I grew up. 
  
[What background do you have] 
I started my IT career back in 2008 as a support/IT technician at a family-owned industrial company where I worked and learned for 8 years, in addition to support I got a chance to find my passion which I quickly realized was automation. 
Since then, I’ve worked at several companies including the municipality where I live, during the years had multiple roles including Solution architect, Technical account manager and Consultant, my focus early on was client management and ITSM but in everything I’ve done automation and security has always been a big part. 
 
[What is your passion] 
Learning new skills and helping customers through technology. 
Learning from colleagues and passing my knowledge onto others, I always find the time to help out a colleague. 
Ever since I started working in IT, I no longer feel like I’m working which is a great feeling.
I started using PowerShell early on and realized that coding was going to be a big part of working in IT, hopefully I get to hone my skills in the years to come. 
 
[What do you do in your spare time] 
I spend a lot of time with my family, my oldest daughter and I love Zelda so it’s a constant fight over the Switch. I love home improvement, home automation and gardening. When I’m not building (destroying) something at home I’m out running or mountain biking. 

[Why Onevinn]
Over the years working in IT I’ve met several people at Onevinn and have always been amazed by how fun and talented everyone is. And now I finally get a chance to work and learn from some of the best people in the industry. #WeAreOnevinn 
 
[What will you do at Onevinn] 
I'm joining the Cloud Security team as a Trusted Security Advisor. 
In my role I will be helping customers adopt secure automations and move to a more modern cloud focused infrastructure.
