Who is Nicklas
I am 34 years old, father of three (Storm, Logan and Scott) and (soon) happily married.
As a person I am eager to learn and educate others. I have been a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) for a couple of years, and I was awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in the Enterprise Mobility Area last year.
My mind is set to see beyond blockers and to see possibilities or opportunities instead, this enables me to create creative and original solutions.

What background do you have
I have seen a lot of different sides of tech during my career so far. I started as a first line technician back in 2009, I then joined an in-house operations team where I worked with hypervisors and all things related to server OS.
Having seen different sides of tech has given me a solid foundation as I am able to see the full picture and not only the area I operate in today. This prepared me for my work as an IT consultant which I have been for the last six years.
 
What is your passion
I have a strong passion for tech and more particularly to see tech being used the correct way to create opportunities and not blockers. Tech should never be a blocker and I have spent most of my career to make sure that we can be as productive and secure as possible, while using tech.
 
What do you do in your spare time
My spare time is dedicated to my family. I enjoy watching the kids at different sport events and helping with homework (the parts that I understand), to see the kids develop and grow in front of my eyes is simply breathtaking.
I am a true BBQ-geek and I often find myself in a 24–30-hour BBQ session to share with friends and family. When possible, I share my experience with the tech communities on different platforms, speaking at a tech conference in Orlando last year was a highlight in that regard.

What will you do at Onevinn
End user devices are important as they are the tools used to connect to our company data and systems. I will join forces with the Secure Client team at Onevinn to guide our customers in this everchanging world to make sure they are up to date with relevant tech and are working as secure and productive as possible.
